Pssst.....wanna know the real secret to losing weight? A fool proof plan to shed those LB's?

Today's blog is all about the blueprint to your success.

3 Pillars of Success; Fitness. Nutrition. Accountability.

This is the secret sauce. Not 1 or 2 of these, you need all 3! We could have the best nutrition coach that holds us accountable but without some sort of fitness routine results will eventually fall flat (along with your biceps 😂). Or crushing nutrition and fitness but what happens when we start a new job, or have a baby? That routine is thrown off and without an accountability coach we often fall back into our old routine and lose the motivation to keep going.

Now that we know why we need all 3, let's break down each of these into super simple and effective parts.

Fitness

Easily the most fun if you're crazy like me. Don't think too hard on this! Routine is the enemy. Mix it up every week, your movements, how fast and heavy you do them, and how many reps/sets you do. Sprinkle in some cardio. BOOM! You have a super effective training program.

Nutrition

The most confusing of the 3. But we can make it REALLY REALLY simple.

Eat lean meats.

Eat fresh fruit.

Eat vegetables.

That's it. Every meal. Palm sized piece of lean meat, cup of vegetables, a piece of fruit. It'll work. If it doesn't then add more lean meat.

I say fresh fruit because my 2 year old son would eat 10 mango sticks in one sitting if we let him....that's the equivalent of 10 mangoes. Also, that's 190g of carbs which is more than he needs for the whole day.

Accountability

Easily the most overlooked and undervalued. Seriously. You NEED someone to hold you accountable.

Someone who cares more about your goals than you might. Someone who can call you on your BS when you say you "don't have time" to workout. Or can tell you that going Keto won't fix the fact that you snack on ice cream every night.

Preferably a person with experience in helping others achieve the same goals you have. They know how to get you from point A to point B while avoiding all the major pit stops and crashes along the way. And when you do happen to veer off the path, they will steer you right back in the right direction.
