Our Foundations Program is a simple, coach-led introduction to training. You’ll learn the basics, move with confidence, and ease into workouts at your own pace.
No pressure, no expectations. Just a clear starting point. If you'd rather start in a personal setting, head to our personal training page to learn more about starting there.
Each session is focused on strength and simple conditioning.
You’ll work through movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and basic cardio, all coached step by step so you know exactly what to do.
Nothing is rushed, and everything is adjusted to your level. If something feels off, we fix it. If something feels too hard, we scale it.
You’ll get a good workout in, but more importantly, you’ll leave understanding what you did and feeling more confident each time you come in.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
